PowerKeep warrants to the original retail purchaser of its product that the product will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period defined below. The proper operation of the product and the effectiveness of this Limited Warranty will require your compliance with the instructions regarding the product’s use and maintenance. Failure to follow those instructions will void this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty sets forth in full the warranty obligations of PowerKeep and PowerKeep will not accept any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.
The warranty period for all PowerKeep products is for one year from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by a failure to follow the instructions that came with the product, damage caused by improper operation or care, abuse, misuse, modification, tampering, unauthorized repair, accidental damage, water damage, exposure to excessive heat, external voltage fluctuations, normal wear or tear, or other such factors beyond the control of PowerKeep. The warranty does not apply to products purchased through an online auction house. This warranty is effective only in the United States and Canada and is limited to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is therefore non-transferable.
To establish the date of original purchase for purposes of this Limited Warranty, please complete the on-line registration form at energizersolar.com/product-registration. However, you do not have to register your purchase to be entitled to coverage under this Limited Warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim on your product, please first contact PowerKeep either by email at email@example.com
Upon receipt of the defective product, PowerKeep will, at its sole discretion, make a reasonable determination as to whether or not the defect is covered under this Limited Warranty. If PowerKeep determines that the product is covered under the terms of this Limited Warranty, then, at its sole option and election, PowerKeep will do one of the following, at no further expense to the original purchaser: (i) repair and return the product, (ii) replace the defective product with a refurbished product, (iii) replace the defective product with a new identical product, (iv) replace the defective product with a new product of equal or greater value, or (v) provide a full refund for the purchase price. The warranty period for any repaired or replaced product will be the same as if the repaired or replaced product were newly purchased on the date it was mailed from PowerKeep.
Limitation of Liability
The Limited Warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The foregoing Limited Warranty states the entire liability of PowerKeep with respect to its products and in no event will PowerKeep be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use or malfunction of any Energizer® PowerKeep™ product, whether such claim is stated in contract or tort (including negligence), including damage to other devices.
State and Provincial Laws
Some states and provinces may not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and they may not allow for the coverage limitations placed on the Limited Warranty offered above. In such circumstances, your specific legal rights will be respected by PowerKeep and this Limited Warranty will be understood to conform to those differing requirements.
